He is skilled in negotiation, business planning, customer relationship management (CRM), sales operations, and management. Gbenga holds a Master's degree in Agro Nematology from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. As a results-oriented professional, Gbenga has a unique blend of expertise in strategic planning, research, process development, leadership, and project management. He also possesses in-depth technical knowledge in training and development. ENGR. JOSEPH DARE
OPERATIONS MANAGER/MECHANICAL LEAD
Engr. Joseph Dare is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) registered, a certified and registered member of the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA), a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), and a member of the American Welding Society (AWS). He worked at CresTech, where he rose to the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager from 2006 to 2012. In these roles, he participated in major projects such as the AKPO FPSO (a Total Upstream Nigeria, TUPNI project) executed offshore Nigeria, the OFON II (also a TUPNI project), and the EGINA FPSO FEED design as a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer. He also worked as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Petrofac International Nigeria Limited (PINL) on an SPDC SOKU project. Engr. Dare has acquired more than fifteen (15) years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in various capacities. He is a good team player who can interface with both engineering and non-engineering disciplines to achieve his goals. He pays attention to detail and is accountable for results without jeopardizing safety or compromising quality.
