    As the Engineering Subcontractor to Schneider Electric, Industrial Automation and Control Contractor, HONEYLAND’s scope included Design and implementation of loop drawing using an Intergraph Enterprise software- SmartPlant Instrumentation/INtools.

    SPI/INTOOLS DESIGN (ENGINEERING USER) ACTIVITIES (FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH)

    1. Sorting out the drawing based on JB/MR /Triconex Termination
    2. Populating Instrument index module (creating Plant loops with associated instrument)
    • Wiring diagrams which includes the following;
    • Creating Instruments
    • MCC signals.
    • Device Panels.
    • Cables and Wires.
    • Juction Boxes.
    • Marshaling Cabinet/Rack.
    • PLC/Triconex Cabinet (i.e. DCS/FGS/SSS)
    1. Instrument Wiring and  interconnection  Diagram (from field to the control cabinet)
    2. Instrument Wiring, Connection Diagram and Looped Signals within TBs (i.e jumper wiring)
    3. Loop drawing, Report Generation and Document Binder for Final Delivery
